OUR CUSTOMERS LOVE US
I was on the flight LAV5480 that was cancelled and rearranged and ultimately delayed by 42 hours last summer. Albastar have ceased all communication with me despite confirming compensation. No money has ever been received and now they don’t respond to calls or emails. AVOID
A dreadful experience. 12 hour delay followed by a cancellation at the gate at 1am with the aircraft sitting in view. AlbaStar were a charter flight to Tui, both were terrible with no communication and ultimately we were abandoned at 1am after a 12 hour delay. The aircraft departed empty leaving all passengers behind.
Myself, friends and fellow passengers have been waiting almost one year for compensation for a flight delay. Despite numerous correspondence and told to wait that it would be paid - they were experiencing cash flow issues! Perhaps you should think before travelling with this airline because reviews in the main are poor and you just might be left stranded!
